Borislav Borislavov is an entrepreneur experienced in information technology and web business solutions. Mr. Borislavov is a founder and executive Director of Ladger (Ladger) - a  Bulgarian IT company specialized in the design, development, maintenance and integration of software applications, ERP is among the most famous products of the company; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enigma Technology Ltd. (Enigma Technology) - a Bulgarian Internet company which invested in a wide range of businesses on the Internet.

Borislav Borislavov is a graduate from the Technical University in Sofia. Lecturer on various topics related to ERP and CRM systems, business modeling and entrepreneurship at the invitation of the organizers of events and other universities in Bulgaria.

Rayna Dimitrova, ICAP Bulgaria
Dr. Dimitrova is currently working as “People Solutions Services” Manager at ICAP Bulgaria. The company offers a wide range of business services with a solid presence in Southeast Europe. She began her career at the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), where she worked for seven years - first as an Information Technology Expert, and then - at the Human Resources Department. Dr. Dimitrova was part of a the team of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Bulgaria. She was the Senior Advisor of economic projects in the area of the financial system, labor market, private sector development, microfinance, etc.. She is a certified Project Manager of USAID.

Dr. Dimitrova specialized Human Resources Management in the UK, Austria and Germany. She passed training in banking and financial sector in the U.S. Federal Reserve, the Bank for International Payments, the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. She participated in a program for Leadership Development skills at the U.S. Department of State. Also, she was a part of the certification program management staff to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Dr. Dimitrova is the author of numerous reports, articles and publications. She has lectured at national and international forums. She is Member of the Bulgarian Association for Management and Human Resource Development, the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, the UK and the Project Management Institute, US.

Nikolay Andreev, Nova TV and Diema Vision
Nikolay Andreev is the new CFO of Nova TV channel and Diema. Mr. Andreev completed his higher education in 1996 at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, majoring in finance. In the period 1999 - 2007, he held different positions in the financial department of Unilever in Bulgaria and the region of Southeast Europe, including that of Financial Director. From 2004 to 2007 he was Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of ECOPACK Bulgaria AD. From 2005 to 2007 - Member of the Board of Directors of Ekorom Ambalaj Plc - Romania. He is Member of the Governing Council of the Bulgarian Association for Investor Relations since January 2009.
