Entry criteria
We desire to include bothe young entrepreneurs and young managers. If you are an entrepreneur, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Young entrepreneurs (up to the age of 35)
- Co-founders of the companies they manage;
- Company has been operating for at least 3 years,
- At least 5 permanent employees,
- Annual revenues of at least BGN 500,000 or a high growth rate of revenues in the past three years,
- Interesting entrepreneurial idea,
- Impatient to enter international markets quickly.
If you are a manager of a company, you need to have the following qualities:
- Impatient to climb the career ladder quickly;
- Eager to face new challengers;
- Willing to expand their business network.
NOTE: With regards to the entreprenuers applicants, we will also take into consideration those entrepreneurs who may not yet satisfy the selection criteria but who have extremely interesting entrepreneurial ideas and the desire to become internationally validated entrepreneurs. If you approximately satisfy the above image of an entrepreneur, but are lacking in one of the criteria, we invite you to still apply! Our wish is to select the best candidates who possess the potential of becoming successful entrepreneurs.
Obligations - What do we expect?
- An annual fee of BGN 2000 including VAT, which is matched by a USAID grant for the season 2009/2010 per candidate;
- Active participation in monthly training and events;
- Participation in individual meeting with mentors;
- Participation in networking activities.
